Returns

We hope you enjoy your ESNTL LVG products, however, if that's not the case, we accept free returns within the United States inside of a 30-day window. To return an order, please email info@esntllvg.com with your order number as the subject line. Also, please leave a brief description as to why you are returning the product(s) so our customer service representatives know the situation when your order is returned. 

In order for us to accept the order as a return, it must include all components that were shipped out to you. Upon receiving your return, one of our team members will inspect the order, and then e-mail you, letting you know your order has been received and your refund will be issued shortly. Please allow 5-7 days for the money to be returned to the card used on the order. 

Exchanges

We understand you could have accidentally ordered the wrong product. Don't worry, we will take care of you! ESNTL LVG accepts exchanges up to 30-days after the order has been received to contact us so we can get that exchange shipped out to you.

Replacements

We understand that sometimes the nozzles for the spray bottles can have imperfections or lose functionality quicker than others. With that being said, if you receive a defective nozzle, we offer a free replacement nozzle within 100-days. If you have a defective nozzle please reach out to us at info@esntllvg.com
